To draw up a supply contract, you need to provide the following documents:
- For legal entities of the Republic of Belarus:
- a copy of the certificate of tax registration;
- a copy of the certificate of state registration;
- a power of attorney in case the contract is signed by an authorized representative of the executive body;
- bank details;
- For individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus:
- passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus (a page with a photo and signature);
- certificates of state registration;
- certificates of registration with the tax authority;
- bank details;
- the document confirming the person has the authority to sign the contract.
- For legal entities of the Russian Federation:
- a copy of the Charter (1, 2 and the last pages);
- a copy of the document confirming the powers of the executive body (a copy of the Charter pages, an order, a resolution, etc.);
- a copy of the certificate of tax registration;
- a copy of the certificate of state registration;
- an extract from the Unified State Register;
- a power of attorney in case the contract is signed by an authorized representative of the executive body.
